I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic 4-star hotel in the onsen area. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the train station and within walking distance of the beautiful lake. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. The public area was tastefully furnished, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The onsen facilities were impressive, with both indoor and outdoor baths and a sauna. I enjoyed indulging in a rejuvenating soak in the hot springs after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. They provided excellent service, including dry cleaning and housekeeping, and I was even greeted with a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with items such as heating, air conditioning, and a trouser press. The flat-screen TV and comfortable bed made for a pleasant stay. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my trip truly memorable.
In summary, I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The size of the room was surprising, even though we booked for a single room. The bed was super comfortable. We also enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor onsens and sauna, which were spacious with a good variety of options. The Japanese breakfast served was alright, and there were a few non-Japanese options available as well. The location was very convenient; just a short walk from the railway station and the lake.
The hotel did not offer a shuttle service to the railway station, which is about a 7-minute walk away. A taxi ride costs around ¥1000, so it would be more convenient if shuttle service was provided.

This hotel has a great location, just a short walk to the train station and the beautiful lake. Inside the hotel, the onsen waiting area is well designed and inviting. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was a dream to sleep on. the breakfast served was adequate and had a few non-Japanese options.
The lack of options for dinner was an issue, as it was challenging to find a meal nearby.
